Die Installation erinnert in ihrer Anlage an eine abstrakte Modell-Landschaft, die mit der Close Circuit Situation zur eigenen Persiflage mutiert. Mittels eines Settings aus Spiegeln, Kameras, Elektromotoren und weiteren Fragmenten und Elementen wird eine Art Raum-Collage inszeniert, die stoisch und kontinuierlich in Bewegung ist. Die in Echtzeit generierten Bilder werden auf Monitoren dargestellt und auf Flächen im Installationsraum projiziert. Der Betrachter / die Betrachterin wird ungewollt ins Überwachungsdispositiv integriert und wird somit zum Beobachter, wie auch zum Überwachten zugleich.
The installation is suggestive, in it‘s layout, of an abstract model-landscape, mutated into a parody of itself, by the closed-circuit environment. Through a tableu of mirrors, cameras, electric-motors and other fragments and elements, a stoic kind of, ever-shifting, 3-dimensional collage is generated. The real-time images are displayed on monitors and projected onto surfaces in the installation space. The spectator, inadvertently being integrated into the surveillance takes, thus becomes at once, surveiler and surveilled.
